What to contact us about
- A listing is wrong or out of date. Send the company name and a link to the page on the company's own website that shows the correct detail. We change listings only to match what the company's website says.
- Adding or claiming your company. Listing is free. See claim or update your listing for what to send.
- The score. Every company is scored by the same published method. If a fact on your website was missed, send the link and we will recheck it.
- Privacy. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, see our privacy page or email us.
- Anything else, including questions about the guides or the data.
What we can't help with
We are not a septic company and we don't take bookings, pass on jobs or give quotes. For work on your property, contact a company directly using the phone number or website on its listing. We can't resolve disputes between customers and companies.
